1. Ticket Purchase

By purchasing tickets through our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All ticket sales are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). Promotional discounts are applied automatically at checkout. Prices may change without prior notice. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider.

3. Ticket Validity

Tickets are valid only for the selected date
Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated
Please arrive during museum opening hours
Present your digital ticket (email confirmation) at the entrance

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Tickets may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled visit date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the visit date are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.

5. Museum Rules

Photography may be restricted in certain galleries
Food and beverages are not permitted in exhibition areas
Large bags and luggage must be stored in lockers
Visitors must follow all museum staff instructions

6. Liability

We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury during your visit to the museum. Visitors are responsible for their personal belongings. The museum reserves the right to refuse entry or remove visitors who do not comply with museum rules.

7. Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government orders, public health emergencies), we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule visits. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
